- Verizon Telephone/DSL: No info yet on whether Verizon has been on site to evaluate what work is required.
Resolved
- Comcast Cable: Comcast Cable is available, Call Comcast Sales Rep Leona Swanston at 617-279-1851 to sign up for service.
- Mail boxes: Complete: Residents now have mail room and mail box keys (or you can gets yours). The post office began delivering mail on 6/12/08. As per the [Welcome#Move-in_Checklist|Move-in Checklist], ensure you put your Unit # and Names inside the box.
Confirmed not available
- Verizon FIOS - Confirmed by National Sales, Local Sales and Local Engineer that Verzion FIOS service will not be offered to the complex. (See Also: Cambridge, MA has a sole agreement with Comcast
- RCN - RCN is not offered in Cambridge, MA
J.M. Whitney Management Services
J.M. Whitney has been reserved by World Realty LTD to collect condo fees and provide services to the community.
- Trash - Trash & recycling service are in place. Trash is being picked up on Mondays and Fridays for the time being.
