We're looking to draft a welcome letter to residents, where we will talk about

Emergency Contacts

Reminder that bike spots are not assigned by you are encouraged to lock your bikes. Talk about our trash pickup cycle, recycling, breaking down cardboard boxes.

That it is against firecode to have a grill on decks.

Mention the website and mailing list

Mention the management company and contact information

Mention that we have periodic community meetings which they are invited to -- and we'll be sure to post about them in the mail-room, on the website, and send mailing list mail.

This letter should be distributed by residents or JM Whitney to new residents.

  1. Signup for NStar Electric & Gas services (800-592-2000), effective the date of your close.
  2. Get additional private insurance to protect the belongings inside your unit.
  3. Get your mail forwarded.
  4. Put a label inside your mailbox with your unit #, and names which will be receiving mail.
  5. Change your license address with the Mass RMV.
  6. Add any new or current phone numbers to the national and state do not call lists.
  7. Check out nearby services, listed on the Why Choose Reservoir Lofts? page.
