Punch lists and other outstanding issues to be resolved as per the 1 year warranty.

- Smooth operation of windows
- Install missing weather stripping for entrance door.
- Paint (repaint) parts of, or all of unit (ensure full base coat, and two finish coats as per specs)
- Remove plastic covers from smoke detectors
- Level major appliances
- Label circuit breakers
- Label water & gas lines, shutoffs at Hot Water Heater
- Ensure water heater pressure release valve piping fully extends to drain basin
- Ensure all closet door handles are attached firmly
- Check inside of entrance closet to see if hole has been patched across from shelf.
- All windows, including those off decks fully close and latch properly.
- Check exhaust vent fan in Laundry room
- Sound system wiring - May not be completed to bedrooms
- Ensure Intercom is fully functional
