Unit Punch Lists

Punch lists and other outstanding issues to be resolved as per the 1 year warranty.

Commonly seen items

Smooth operation of windows
Install missing weather stripping for entrance door.
Paint (repaint) parts of, or all of unit (ensure full base coat, and two finish coats as per specs)
Remove plastic covers from smoke detectors
Level major appliances
Label circuit breakers
Label water & gas lines, shutoffs at Hot Water Heater
Ensure water heater pressure release valve piping fully extends to drain basin
Ensure all closet door handles are attached firmly
Check inside of entrance closet to see if hole has been patched across from shelf.
All windows, including those off decks fully close and latch properly.
Check exhaust vent fan in Laundry room
Sound system wiring - May not be completed to bedrooms
Ensure Intercom is fully functional
