  • 8/11/08 - Reply from the developer has come back. More details to come.
  • 8/11/08 - Garage Door openers are available for dispersal.
  • 7/24/08 - Letter was received by the developer, and he should be issuing a written response letter this coming week.
  • 7/24/08 - The issue with the beeping alarm is being addressed by the alarm company (contacted by management company)
  • 7/24/08 - New residents are beginning to move into building D!
  • 7/17/08 - City of Cambridge has contacted the office building about HVAC noise. Due to zoning of our property, we can only request they drop to 65dB (official reading was at 74dB). Office building management is looking into what can be done to abide by the city code. More updates to come.
  • 7/14/08 - Minutes - 7/9/08 are now online from the last Community Meeting.
  • 7/12/08 - I've sent out a couple emails to everyone :) I'm having a housewarming party on Saturday the 19th, open house style (walk in walk out)... from 3pm to 9ish/whenever... please come by! ~Jamie in 206 (I do have a golden retriever, so take your benadryl if you need it!)
  • 7/09/08 - Community Meeting was held. Minutes coming.
  • 7/02/08 - Sharon and Jamie distribute Draft to the Developer. Please provide feedback.
  • 7/01/08 - Reminder to signup for NStar Gas & Electric services - added to Move-in Checklist
  • 6/29/08 - Jamie has started Draft to the Developer
  • 6/28/08 - Minutes - 6/25/08 are posted from our first Community Meeting, and mass email sent out to residents.
  • 6/26/08 - Started a Google Groups - Reservoir Lofts Community mailing list. Those who wrote their email addresses at the meeting are being added.
  • 6/25/08 - Community Meeting was held at 7->9:30PM in Unit 302
  • 6/25/08 - Comcast reps will be attending the meeting tonight after 8:30PM to signup residents for Thursday service installs.
  • 6/24/08 - Check for Window Water Damage beneath your window ledges from the hail/sideways rain Tuesday afternoon.
  • 6/24/08 - Comcast Installation to happen on Wednesday Thursday between 2 and 7 PM - Comcast offered to do a mass install, just need to know what options/hardware we need - Please add your info to the list! - There will be waivers to hand out on Wednesday if you are unable to be home for them to install.
  • 6/23/08 - Parking Garage Flooding situation has been ongoing, and was particularly bad during the downpour.
  • 6/20/08 - PNC (Comcast subcontractors) seen in Garage running Coax - PNC Employee says they'll be done Wed 6/25.
  • 6/19/08 - Comcast install will now begin on Monday 6/23
  • 6/18/08 - The Trash Situation continues -- the Dumpster was picked up today, but all the boxes remain. For the time being, trash pickup will happen twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
  • 6/17/08 - Community Meeting scheduled for 6/25!
  • 6/17/08 - Bills for Condo fees have been sent out by J.M. Whitney
  • 6/16/08 - Trash continues to build up, something needs to be done.
  • 6/14/08 - Trash service is insufficient for residents and trash generated by on-site contractors - Needs to be brought to the attention of the developer.
  • 6/12/08 - Mail has been delivered in the mail room!
  • 6/11/08 - Turns out the sensors were not moved in the water heaters -- only the temperature was lowered. Once the water lines to the air handler were turned back on, at least one hot water heater overheated and the pressure valve blew again. Plumbers are continuing to troubleshoot.
  • 6/9/08 - Post office locks have been installed for the boxes -- just waiting on mail delivery.
  • 6/4/08 - A solution has been put in place for the affected water heaters. This includes moving the sensor location, lowering the temperature, and modification to the water line leading to the air handler.
  • 5/31/08 - After 3 residents have had their Hot Water heaters malfunction, dumping water -- There is a known issue with the functionality of the hot water heat, in conjunction with the air handler unit. A solution is currently being sought. The temporary resolution is to shut off the water-flow from the hot water heater to the air handler unit.
