At some point the property as a whole was known as 37 Wheeler St. This can still be seen on certain website listings, Purchase & Sale agreements, and fire escape diagrams located at either end of every hallway.

The initial completion date was fall 2007, however this was delayed, and the first building of the project was completed in late spring 2008. NStar Electric was cited as a reason for the delay. Occupancy was awarded on May 14th 2008.

Phase II of the project is ongoing, with scheduled completion before the end of 2008.

Units were to have a light in the entrance-way closet, but this light and the associated wall-switch were removed due to not passing inspection - as the light bulb may have caused a fire hazard with contents piled on the shelf in the closet touching the hot bulb.
