Prior to formation of the Condo Association - Residents have been gathering to have Community Meetings

Per the Condo Docs Section III.a.i: "The term of the Initial Board shall end upon the earliest to occur of the following events: (a) four (4) months after seventy-five percent (75%) of the units have been conveyed to unit purchasers; or (b) three (3) years following the conveyance of the first unit."

So in this sense, an Association will form 4 months after 54 Unit have been deeded to others.
