  1. Are you willing to spend ~$300 of Condo association money on an electronic doorlock for the mailroom door so that packages can be delivered by fedex/UPS/DHL when you're not home.
  2. Turn on and test your heating. Does it produce heat?
  3. Do you have any concerns with HVAC noise coming from the CVS?
  4. Does your car still scrape while exiting the garage?
  5. Regarding AC units on roof and vibrations - Note if vibrations continue during the winter - possibly caused by commuter rail.
  6. Does anyone have any windows which have been locked and have leaked during rainfall in the past 60-90 days?
  7. Have your windows been caulked from the outside? (Check deck windows)
  8. Do any of your windows not fully close?

Put a sheet of paper under your window, lock it - Does the sheet pull out freely? Can you feel cold air coming in?

Checking Exterior caulking of windows: look for cracks/gaps instead of filled in caulk or painted caulk.
